About the Speaker:
Kris VanHofwegen has sixteen years of diversified experience and success
in marketing software systems development for the financial services industry,
and three (plus) years of experience and success consulting on IT
engineering methods, process, and tool standards. She is a results-oriented,
self-motivated, team builder and process pioneer.
Bobbi Stark has been in the IT industry for over 20 years. The last
10 of which have been focused in the process improvement arena. Prior
to getting into process improvement, Bobbi was in the 'trenches" of software
development and project management. After living through several
"horror stories", Bobbi is convinced of the benefits of process improvement
and the positive impact they can have on our industry when implemented
and enforced.
