Iterative Development as simply defined: Increase understanding of the problem through successive refinements and multiple cycles.
Iteration is a complete development loop resulting in a release (internal or external) of an executable product
- A subset of the final product under development, which grows incrementally from Iteration to Iteration to become the final system.

- Bottom-up Approach for later phase for development
The aims of cost planning are determining of future prospects of cost and calculation of cost objectives as a prerequisite for budgeting.
